Akolisa (Ako) is managing partner at UPC. A Cornell MBA graduate, he is a finance executive whose fifteen years professional career spans Investment Banking, Information Technology, Utilities, Consumer Packaged Goods and Telecoms with leading Canadian organizations such as Bell Canada and Molson.

He has managed the financial reporting function in various organizations and was the founding CFO of Jaguar Wireless a participant in the 2008 Canadian wireless spectrum auction.

Ako serves on the board of directors of Uranium Hunter Corp a US publicly quoted mining company.Akolisa Ufodike is a Certified General Accountant (CGA) and Certified Professional Accountant (CPA US).

Sam Vishal, MBA PMP - Partner Business Advisory Services 

Sam Vishal has twenty years of experience of  transforming and managing IT.  He has a degree in Electrical Engineering, an MBA from Queens University and a PMP certification in Project management. 

Sam’s previous roles include VP-IT at GE and EDS and he has managed IT organizations in the US, UK, Mexico, Canada, India and China.  He has provided project management and IT consulting to clients such as Citibank, CIBS, RBC, Scotiabank, CapitalOne, Rogers, Bell and TELUS.

Trained on ISO900, CMM and Six Sigma, Sam is an expert in reengineering business processes and creating business strategy; he has successfully formulated sales and marketing strategy for an IT multinational resulting in a 40% quarter over quarter growth. Sam is also an expert in cutting IT cost by leveraging outsourcing and at the same time creating a competitive advantage for the business.
